2010 Speakers
Mark your calendars now for Tuesday and Wednesday, October 19-20, Minneapolis Convention Center (upper level this year!) and join nationally-recognized financial leaders. We are again planning breakout sessions to allow more choices and will offer the required Code of Ethics course. Financial Essential Bridge The Gap sessions will be offered on both days for students and new planners. With a targeted 13 credited hours, programs have been designed to comply with the principles of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, the NASBA - CPA CPEs, both Minnesota and Wisconsin for Insurance Continuing Education, and some Continuing Legal Education credits.

Exhibitor Opportunities

The Financial Planning Association of Minnesota is excited to offer three levels of partnerships! Our association is supported by a number of exceptional sponsors who help offset the cost of delivering benefits. Partners help lead FPA's message of building the community of the financial planning profession, with your commitment to the assocation, our mission and our members.

Sponsorship includes a 8' x 10' exhibitor space. Booth assignments will be made on a first-pay, first-choose basis to Platinum, then Gold, then Silver Partners. We are moving up to the Upper Level this year, with FPA being the only venue. To maximize your exposure to attendees, the continental breakfast, breaks will be placed throughout the lobby area amongst the booths. The refreshments will be moved from area to area to provide an equal amount of attendee flow to exhibitors. This year, we are planning to have the networking reception in the Seasons - this is a beautiful windowed area on the upper level. Exhibitors may sign up for  "Minute To Shine" by providing a door prize valued over $50. As always, you are welcome to listen to the seminars and receive CFP Board, NASBA/CPE and Minnesota and Wisconsin insurance credits.

Fees for sponsors and exhibitors will include breaks, networking reception and all meals, providing the opportunity to meet attendees one on one. Signage and moderator comments will recognize meal and break sponsors. Extra booth charges, such as electricity, phone hookup, equipment, etc., are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
