Fostering Trust:

  • Be a fully engaged active, prepared, and consistent participant in committee meetings/assignments 
  • Be responsible and accountable to each other.  Do what you say you will do.
  • Bringing forward ideas and suggestions to improve and add member value, benefits and connections

Creating the Shared Vision:
Our vision is to create Raving Fans of FPA members by enhancing FPA MN membership value and connections, understanding member needs, and providing extraordinary benefits and activities.

Developing Strategies & Critical Success Factors:

  • A documented member retention strategy/system - identify focus areas, develop tactics and document the process. Target date - December 1 (Entire Committee)
  • "Do One Thing" Initiative - engage more members doing one thing. Review strategies, recommend, and implement. Target - Progressing throughout the year (Jim Gruning and member volunteers)
  • Colleague Connection - New members will receive personal contact from committee membr - welcome, invite to meeting, website discussion, and connectivity options. Target Date - Begin June 1 (Beth Monge)
  • Resource Program Promotion - documented system - 1 article per month with Platinum priority. Review website for accuracy. Email current participants for accurate data. Application process. Target - by February 1. (Volunteer)
  • Annual Golf/Bocce Ball Tournament - August 2nd. Committee soliciting sponsors, donors, etc. Promoted in newsletter, at meetigns and evite. Charity - Emergency Foodshelf Network.  (Sub-Committee)
  • Member Discounts - Article on featured discount in monthly newsletter. Target date - Monthly (Damian Winther)
  • Communication of FPA Membership Benefits in each monthly newsletter.  Target date - monthly (Larry Menzel)

Activating Transformations:
Each committee member becomes fully engaged taking responsibility for results and adding value to FPA membership

Achieving and Measuring Results:

  • Identify and systematize key components of member retention strategy - by June 1; fully systematized by year end.
  • Identify key components for 15 mintue education segments after chapter meetings each quarter - hold first session June 15th and then quarterly.
  • Ask each Platinum Partner and Resource participant for a resource article for the newsletter - ASAP.
  • Course and date selected for annual golf/bocce ball outing by November of previous year. Begin marketing to members by February. Contact partners and sponsors by April 1st. Obtain raffle items by July 15th. Setup organized by July 15th.
  • Member Discounts verified for accuracy - select 2-3 each month - ASAP.
  • Member Discounts promoted - select at least 1 each month to promote in monthly newsletter - ASAP.
